	Helped Me Lose Baby Weight!
	I used this product to help me lose the stubborn last 10 pounds of baby weight from my first born. I had been following a strict exercise and clean eating schedule but the last 10 pounds just would not budge. I typically drink 1 cup of coffee in the morning and my caffeine tolerance is low and found the caffeine in this product did not affect me at all. No jittery feeling or trouble sleeping at night (well, except for the waking baby :) It took about a week and a half, combining the ketones with morning cardio, to drop my last 10 pounds (cardio in the a.m. when you have fasted all night and glycogen stores are low is the BEST time to burn fat through exercise!)
