eVitaminMarket ships anywhere in the continental United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We also ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses.  International shipping is available to select countries.  Please click "proceed to checkout" from the shopping cart to see if shipping to your country is available.

Please be certain that a valid ship to address is entered during checkout, as we are not responsible for incorrect ship to addresses.  Packages returned to our facility due to undeliverable addresses will be refunded less shipping fees.

  • USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) Monday - Saturday delivery



Orders are shipped within 7 days of receipt of payment via USPS Priority Mail from Southeastern Wisconsin.  *Please allow 5-14 days for out of stock items.  A confirmation email is sent once the item has shipped. 

To estimate when a package will be delivered, the following should be considered:
* Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to order processing, and may take up to 24 hours.
* Orders with Out of Stock item(s), may take an additional 5-14 days to process and ship.

How do I Cancel or Modify an Order once it has been placed?

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. However you can cancel an order if you are within 30 minutes of placing it.

To cancel an order you have placed with eVitaminmarket.com, or make an exchange, you must contact customer support by email ([email protected]).  Please note:  For liability purposes, our customer support representatives are not able to give medical or other health/diet related advice.

IMPORTANT: As inventory fluctuates hourly, an item indicated as in stock when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock.  In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on back order. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Certain items for sale on our site are not kept in inventory, but can be special ordered for you and shipped within two (2) weeks.


Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 1 to 5 business days from your order date, go to the My Account page and view "Track your recent orders" to get the tracking number for your order.

Cancellation/Return Policy:

*PLEASE NOTE:  Only Unopened Product is accepted for return.

How To Return Product
1.  Unopened product must be received no later than thirty (30) days from the purchase date and you are responsible for the return cost of shipping.
2.  Contact our Customer Care Department ([email protected]) for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from one of our friendly agents.

3.  You will receive an e-mail explaining exactly how to return the product for replacement, substitution or in-store credit. (Shipping fees are not refunded).

4. Once your returned product has arrived, we will confirm the in-store credit or substituted product's shipment via email.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.  When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.


Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.  In this case, you can request to return the item for replacement/substitution or in-store credit. (minus shipping costs)


International Shipping Policies:

1.  Shipping is done via USPS First Class or Priority Mail International.  First Class Mail does not offer tracking updates and takes 4-6 weeks to arrive.  Online tracking and delivery confirmation are included with Priority Mail shipments which take 2-3 weeks.  

2.  Customer is responsible for all custom fees and charges. We do not alter customs fees in any way and will not change customs details. We do not mark merchandise values below value.   U.S. and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. Please do not ask.  Customs:  Please be aware that the buyer assumes all responsibility for knowing what substances/items are prohibited in their country.  If we happen to know a product is illegal in your country, we will inform you before shipment. Please note: We DO NOT refund for items lost or seized by customs.  We will refund if customs sends us back the product (which they usually do).  THIS IS VERY Strict and IMPORTANT to KNOW.   Also, if the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges.

3.  Please be certain that a valid ship to address is entered during checkout.  We are not responsible for incorrect ship to addresses or unclaimed packages. Packages returned to our facility due to undeliverable addresses will be refunded minus shipping fees.

4. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.  Items must be returned undamaged in resalable condition for a refund.
