How do I Cancel or Modify an Order once it has been placed?

accurately as possible, we are unable to make changes to your order
after you have placed it with us. However you can cancel an order if you
are within 30 minutes of placing it.

with eVitaminmarket.com, or make an exchange, you must contact customer

IMPORTANT: As inventory fluctuates hourly, an item indicated as
in stock when you place your
order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we make
every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order
will be placed on back order. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel
the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Certain items for sale on our site are not kept in inventory,
but can be special ordered for you and shipped within two (2) weeks.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER :
Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 1 to 5 business days from your order date, go to the My Account page and view "Track your recent orders" to get the tracking number for your order.

How To Return Product 1. Unopened product must be received no later than thirty (30) days from the purchase date and you are responsible for the return cost of shipping. 2. Contact our Customer Care Department (email@example.com) for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from one of our friendly agents.
3. You will receive an e-mail explaining exactly how to return the product for replacement, substitution or in-store credit. (Shipping fees are not refunded).
4. Once your returned product has arrived, we will confirm the in-store credit or substituted product's shipment via email.

First Class or Priority Mail International. First Class Mail does not
offer tracking updates and takes 4-6 weeks to arrive. Online tracking
and delivery confirmation are included with Priority Mail
shipments which take 2-3 weeks.

alter customs fees in any way and will not change customs details. We
do not mark merchandise values below value. U.S. and International

Customs: Please be aware that the buyer assumes all responsibility for
knowing what substances/items are prohibited in their country. If
we happen to know a product is illegal in your country, we will inform
you before shipment. Please note: We DO NOT refund for items lost or
