Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We also ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses.
Please be certain that a valid ship to address is entered during checkout, as we are not responsible for incorrect ship to addresses. Packages returned to our facility due to undeliverable addresses will be refunded less shipping fees.

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) Monday - Saturday delivery
USPS Express Mail (1-2 days) Monday - Saturday delivery (must be received by 1:00 central/standard time for same day mailing) All Express Mail Shipments will require a signature confirmation.
UPS Ground (2-5 days) Monday - Friday delivery All USP Ground shipments will require a signature confirmation.
DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATE :
Orders
are typically shipped within 24 hrs of receipt of payment via USPS
Priority Mail from Southeastern Wisconsin. A confirmation email is sent
once the item has shipped.
To estimate when a package will be delivered, the following should be considered:
* Credit card authorization and address verification must be
received prior to order processing, and may take up to 24 hours. * Orders with Out of Stock item(s), may take an additional 2 to 5 business days to process and ship.
International Shipping Policies:
Please note: We do not alter customs fees in any way. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility.
The laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. The responsibility is yours to check with your country's Customs office to see if your country allows the shipment of products you wish to order to your country.
We
will give you the best service and ship it very quick via USPS Priority Mail International or UPS International. If for whatever reason the package
is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all
products are returned to us in their original condition. Most orders make it
through customs fine; however, most orders that are stopped are returned to us.
Also, if the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still
responsible for any shipping charges. You pay actual shipping charges based on
the weight of the package and handling costs.The
customer also assumes full responsibility for seized items and no refund will
be given for the shipping costs incurred. If item is not returned by foreign
customs, no refund will be given for the product.
How do I Cancel or Modify an Order once it has been placed?
Due
to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and
accurately as possible, we are unable to make changes to your order
after you have placed it with us. However you can cancel an order if you
are within 30 minutes of placing it.
To cancel an order you have placed
with eVitaminmarket.com, or make an exchange, you must contact customer
support by email (info@evitaminmarket.com) via our Live Help Desk (located in the upper left hand corner of the website, or via a customer support representative at 800-391-6360. Please note: For liability purposes, our customer support representatives are not able to give medical or other health/diet related advice.
IMPORTANT: As inventory fluctuates hourly, an item indicated as
instock when you place your
order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we make
every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order
will be placed on back order. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel
the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER :
Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 1 to 5 business days from your order date, go to the My Account page and view "Track your recent orders" to get the tracking number for your order.
Cancellation/Return Policy:
How To Return Product 1. Unopened product must be received no later than thirty (30) days from the purchase date and you are responsible for the return cost of shipping. 2. Contact our Customer Care Department (info@evitaminmarket.com) for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from one of our friendly agents.
3. You will receive an e-mail explaining exactly how to return the product for replacement, substitution or in-store credit. (Shipping fees are not refunded).
4. Once your returned product has arrived, we will confirm the in-store credit or substituted product's shipment via email.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of
your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support
to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your
contact information.
Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be
canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for replacement/substitution or in-store credit. (minus
shipping costs)
Out of
Stock Policy:
Our inventory can fluctuate
throughout the day, so an item indicated as in-stock when you place your order may,
in fact, be out-of-stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you
that your order will be placed on back order. Orders will be held until back ordered items arrive (usually 3 business days).
Certain items for sale on our site are not kept in inventory,
but can be special ordered for you and shipped within two (2) weeks.
