B-12 Homeopathic (1 fl. oz) by Mediral

Ingredients: 1 fl. oz (30 ml) Contains 16% USP Alcohol.

Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 6x, 12x, 30x, 60x. In a tincture of purified water and non-allergenic USP alcohol.

Directions: Adults, 10 to 20 drops, 3 times a day, or as directed by a health professional. Place drops under the tongue. Take between meals. Store in a cool, dark place.

Homeopathic Instructions:

Take nothing by mouth 10-15 minutes prior to or following dosage. This includes food, drink, cigarettes, chewing gum, toothpaste, etc. Limit caffeine and nicotine.**
Succuss (shake against palm of hand).**
Place drops under the tongue and hold for 10 seconds to allow for absorption.**
Keep homeopathics out of direct sunlight.**
Homeopathics may generally be taken as the same time with other suggested homeopathics.**
Best if refrigerated after opening.**

	Ah, weight gain. I had a friend that used the hcg diet (I'm on my second round and lost 10# on the first) suggested that I use the B-12 along with it. I wouldn't have said I could tell a difference except I ran out a week before I finished the hcg and I could certainly tell a difference, so this time I ordered 2. In my past I ran a weight loss clinic and the physician offered B-12 injections. The patients loved them and came every day for them. Now I know why!
